Offered as a rental as of October 2019. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin offers an open floor plan, all on the same level, making it easy to keep an eye on the little ones. There are enough beds to sleep eight. The living room sofa folds out to a memory foam queen.* There is also a pack & play in the master closet, along with an air mattress in case someone wants to share a room.

From the fully-stocked kitchen with a huge island to a dining room table that seats 8 to the comfy living room to the back deck, you and family/friends will be sure to make memories here. A rare fenced-in yard is perfect for you to bring your well-behaved dog, so the entire family can be together.

Cabin is nestled amongst a large grove of Aspen trees and is located in the much desired neighborhood of Ponderosa. Fully stocked kitchen; just stop at the grocery store a mile away and use our cookbook collection because this kitchen is set up with foodies in mind; a spice cabinet, a full set of stainless steel pots and pans, lots of non-stick pots and pans, roasting pans, baking sheets, muffin tins, two crockpots, a brand new knife set, and too many other gadgets to name here.

There are plenty of wine glasses, pint glasses, rocks glasses, and coffee mugs, not to mention plates and utensils for twelve (so you don’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal), and even plastic plates and utensils for the little ones. A full-sized washer and dryer makes it feel like being at home.

Kick back and relax in the living room that has board games galore, a smart TV that you can use to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, AmazonPrime, etc – and a DVD library of over 100 titles – perfect for lazy days, just grab one of the many cozy blankets and snuggle in for day of movies (there’s even a popcorn popper under the island in the kitchen).

Guests have access to the entire 1/3 acre property – sit out back on the deck and listen to the aspens and gaze at the blanket of stars at night. There are instructions for the cast iron stove posted on the wall behind it; if you use the stove to heat the house, please make sure to read and follow the instructions. If you are unsure, please feel free to reach out with questions. If you aren’t comfortable using it, the solar return heating system, along with baseboard heat, will keep you warm. There are space heaters in the closets.
